AGILOX Box Carrier for Wild&Küpfer Switzerland

Take advantage on different handover levels

Feb 14 2019

Amazing AGILOX BOXCARRIER application at Wild&Kuepfer (www.wildkuepfer.swiss) in Schmerikon, Switzerland. As second IGV in a swarm, this one has the capability to pickup both: palettes as well as boxes / trays, two in a size of 600x400mm and up to each 50kg. The transformation (equiping with box carrier module) takes part automatically by load carrier definition in the transport job given by host system.

AGILOX boxcarriers advantage is to use the lift for different handover levels.
Many thanks to the great W&K staff for the unique teamwork that esured the really fast commissioning time of only a few days, including the stationary conveyors, that has been delivered and automated by AGILOX, too.

Human Machine Interface

Powerful User Interface

Unlike other systems, you do not need to install any applications to interact with AGILOX. A conventional web browser is enough - we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You connect directly to a vehicle via a unique master IP address and - depending on your user role - gain full control of the system. The continuously zoomable visualization offers a perfect real-time overview of the fleet and allows modifications to the layout or parameterization of workflows with simple mouse clicks. AGILOX provides you with all the tools available to our technicians - integrated into the web application. Part of the HMI is also a WIKI-based integrated documentation with many configuration examples.
